- Payment Information -

If you'd like to pay with a credit card you can do so using Paypal.
We rely on Paypal to safely process your online order.
PayPal is the world's largest online payment network, serving over
40 million members in 38 countries. With PayPal, you can pay anyone
using your credit card or checking account in a safe, secure online
environment.
We will ship ONLY to the address you have registered with PayPal.
If you'd rather pay with a check or a money order, please contact
us and tell us which items you'd like. We will put them on
hold for you and email you an invoice with a total for purchase and
shipping. Items won't be sent until after your check has cleared.
- Sales Tax-
Illinois residents, add 7.75% sales tax.
- Shipping -
Please allow 2-3 days processing time before you order is shipped.
All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. You will receive
an email once your item has been shipped.
Shipping costs are as follows: $5.00 flat shipping on any order!
If you live outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, you
can do so using Paypal, we will
ship ONLY to the address you have registered with PayPal.
- Returns -
Because all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns are not accepted.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure high quality
and craftsmanship. However, should you have problems with your order,
contact us within 7 days of receipt
and we will do our best to help you!

By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.
- Exchanges -
If you realize that the item isn't quite what you expected, you're
welcome to exchange it for another.
We're willing to accept exchanges if:
We are notified within 7 days of receipt
The item is returned in its original and unused condition
Please let us know which item you would like to exchange it with so
we can put it on hold for you. We are not responsible for items
that are lost or damaged in return mail.
- Wholesale & Consignment -
If you own a shop or have an online boutique and would like to carry
Kristie's Klips, please email us
with your phone number. We will be happy to call you and discuss arrangements.
- Custom Orders -
If you'd like us to make something specific, please email
us. We will gladly phone you for a consultation as to your
color and design preferences.
- Privacy -
We insist on a strict "no sharing" policy when it comes to your personal
information. You can be certain that your information is held
in strict confidence and will never be released under
any circumstances.
